Associate Professor, University of Tsukuba. D. in Engineering, Project Manager of the MITOU Program (Exploratory IT Human Resources Project by METI), and a chairperson of Artificial Life Research Group. Technical Advisor of Blank Space Inc. Conducts research on artificial life technology and data analysis, generation, and utilization using large-scale language models. Based on her university research, she focuses on social implementation of new technologies, bringing unprecedented perspectives, and providing innovative value. She is involved in the development of algorithms that activate communities and the research and development of open-ended algorithms. She is the author of “ALIFE | Artificial Life - Towards a More Life-like AI” and “Making and Running ALife - Introduction to Artificial Life Model Theory through Implementation.
